DO NOT EMPLOY! This company taken my money and just disappeared without completing the work and the work they did was absolutely unacceptable by building regulations. I am now in an expense of correcting mistakes and wrong doings by CrystalEA, including HUGE safety issues. The extension looks like it was build by couple of kids. The worst thing about this company is that once they've received the payment it was impossible to get through to anyone and I was left ignored and with massive mess which costs me thousands of £ to make it right. Be aware and don't even talk to Shervin, Steven Pinder, Vovo, or anyone from CrystalEA! Not even half a star!
