I bought 3 garden fencing panels from cross-country building services for £240 via eBay. As I was unable to use these panels for my garden so I had to return them. I was forced to accept cross country's very steep £80 "restocking fee". The company collected these panels for me and was meant to do a £160 refund via eBay, but I have received nothing from Cross Country. Cross Country is essentially a one-man band run by Simon Lewis. I have called several times and emailed him as well - to no avail. It looks like they just want to keep my money, and wait for me to go away. Not the behaviour of a trustworthy company
